Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is an Evidence-Based approach to treating trauma, grief, PTSD, phobias, anxiety, and more. Utilizing eye movement and image replacement, individuals often feel relief after only one session.

Another benefit of ART is that you do not have to speak aloud about the traumatic situation for treatment to be effective. If you can visualize it, you can work on it.

Also called talk therapy, clients are able to work individually with a therapist to learn coping and stress management skills for a variety of conditions. Sessions are generally weekly or bi-weekly, and clients work to successfully complete their treatment plan goals and improve quality of life.

Weekly supervision for Registered Clinical Social Work Interns (RCSWI) is offered either in person or virtually.

Supervision fee is $50/week.
